Product Lifecycle Management Analyst

Onico Solutions is seeking a skilled Product Lifecycle Management Analyst for a long-term contract or permanent remote position.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead workshops with customer subject matter experts to gather insights

• Analyze business needs and articulate epics, features, and user stories

• Develop and oversee the project backlog, ensuring a consolidated list of user stories

• Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize backlog items for relevant sprints

• Partner with solution architects and implementation teams on estimation, planning, and validation strategies

• Work alongside the UX team to create and refine user personas, stories, scenarios, storyboards, and UI flows

• Identify and evaluate data sources and high-level mappings

• Ensure alignment on vision, goals, and expectations at the start of each sprint and release with all key stakeholders

• Assess risks and provide regular updates on project status

• Develop and contribute to training materials and workshops

• Support the deployment of releases to maintain alignment on expectations

Qualifications:


• Minimum of 3 end-to-end PLM implementation experiences in a BA role with Windchill and/or Enovia, Teamcenter

• At least 3 years of experience in PLM

• Strong communication skills with the ability to organize and lead meetings in a multi-vendor environment

• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work

• Positive attitude and strong aptitude for learning
