About the Opportunity

Chu Cho Industries is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead the company's day-to-day operations in Prince George, BC.

As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring successful project execution, and overseeing all departments.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Managing fiscal activities, including budgeting and financial reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Enhancing the company's brand and reputation through exceptional leadership and customer service

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as accounting, finance, or business administration, and 3-5+ years of high-level leadership and project management experience in an industrial sector.

Additionally, you will possess:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make sound judgments and decisions
  • Proven track record of achieving goals and KPIs
  • Experience working with Indigenous groups and communities

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, you will receive a highly competitive annual salary of $160,000-$180,000+, negotiable dependent on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
