The Role: Technical Specialist Advisory
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst with a strong understanding of capital markets, specifically credit derivatives, to join our team. In this role, you will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and internal engineering teams, ensuring that solutions are developed and delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and business representatives, to define and implement market-leading solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment between business needs and technology deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirements Documents, Design Documents, Use Cases, and Process Models.
- Participate in the development of project plans, monitor progress against objectives, and manage financial reviews.
- Bridge the gap between business and technology teams, facilitating communication and collaboration throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Provide technical expertise and support during production issues and system implementations.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, with a focus on capital markets.
- Deep understanding of credit derivatives products and market dynamics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
