About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Merchandising Associate to join our team at Acosta. As a Sales and Merchandising Associate, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring that our products are effectively merchandised in-store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, department managers, and employees to drive sales growth and increase product visibility.
  • Update store managers on new product launches, promotions, and other relevant information to ensure they are well-informed and equipped to drive sales.
  • Negotiate secondary display space and additional product on behalf of our clients to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain visually appealing product displays that drive sales and increase product visibility.
  • Ensure that products are properly displayed, priced, and rotated to maximize sales and minimize waste.
  • Manage in-store inventory, stock replenishment, and packing of overstock and returns to ensure that products are always available and in stock.
  • Conduct regular pricing audits to ensure that prices are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Complete detailed reporting to track sales growth, product performance, and other key metrics.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage inventory, stock replenishment, and other tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
