The Global Legal Affairs Consultant will develop a scalable, client-centric client management services methodology and processes that will support Rice Point's Class Action services.
This role will be pivotal in our operations by providing guidance, counsel, and direction for all facets of maintaining and enhancing Rice Point's highly professional client services team.
Additionally, the Consultant will supervise all assigned case sizes, including large project mandates, and lead teams when necessary.
- Coordinate efforts with internal resources and third-party vendors to create project plans that comply with settlement agreements.
- Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and performance of managed staff.
- Conduct supervisory responsibilities in alignment with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Evaluate performance; address grievances and resolve issues.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Management team on contracts, pricing, profitability, staffing, and labor utilization.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and work in conjunction with the Business Development team to provide pricing when requested.
- Oversee settlement budgets and ensure accuracy for client billing and monthly invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with production and quality standards.
- Review project deliverables and communicate with company executives regarding project statuses.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within a finance or legal context.
