About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Body Repairer-Painter to join our team at Formula First Collision Inc. As a key member of our collision repair team, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Maintain Workspace: Ensure a safe and organized work environment by cleaning and maintaining your workspace.
  • Repair and Replace Body Components: Replace front end components, body components, doors, and frame and underbody components as needed.
  • Surface Preparation: File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired, and mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting.
  • Painting and Finishing: Apply primers and repaint surfaces, and mix paint, blend, and match colors to achieve a seamless finish.
  • Interior and Glass Repair: Repair or replace interior components, and repair or replace damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams.
  • Frame Straightening: Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment.

As an Automotive Body Repairer-Painter at Formula First Collision Inc., you can expect to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the automotive body repair industry.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
