Automotive Body Repairer-Painter

At Formula First Collision Inc, we are seeking a skilled Automotive Body Repairer-Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and painting, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the work space, replacing front end components, body components, doors, and frame and underbody components. They will also file, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired, mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting, and hammer out dents, buckles, and defects using blocks and hammers.
In addition, the candidate will remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills, and bolt or weld replacement parts into place. They will apply primers and repaint surfaces, repair or replace interior components, and repair or replace damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs. The candidate will also mix paint, blend, and match colors, operate soldering equipment, or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams, and straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive repair and painting techniques, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be committed to delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
