About the Role

The Team Lead is a key member of our store team, responsible for linking the leadership team and sales associates by assisting in operational functions and motivating the team to exceed goals. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Team Lead provides support and coverage to the Store and Assistant Managers in their absence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in operational functions, including POS management, daily banking procedures, and submitting timely reports;
  • Model desired selling and customer service behaviors at all times to promote an exceptional in-store experience;
  • Provide support and coverage to Store and Assistant Managers in their absence;
  • Collaborate with others, yet be self-motivated;
  • Available for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and holidays.

Requirements

  • 1+ years related experience in a retail apparel environment, luxury retail experience is a plus;
  • Proven ability to successfully lead a sales team; viewed as a leader among peers;
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills;
  • Passion for upholding an exceptional customer experience;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
