About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at LOCAL Public Eatery. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in delivering an unexpectedly memorable experience for our guests and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of service staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff development.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
