About the Role

At LOCAL Public Eatery, we're seeking a talented Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in delivering an unexpectedly memorable experience for our guests and community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a dynamic team of individuals to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other leaders to drive business growth and development
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Manage inventory, labor, and other operational aspects of the business

Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
