About the Role
Homestead Land Holdings Limited is seeking a highly skilled and flexible Mobile Building Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our site staff team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our multi-residential apartment buildings across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support to buildings in need of reinforcement due to staff vacations, sick days, or other absences.
- Assume various roles, including maintenance, administration, and cleaning, to ensure a consistent level of customer service for our residents.
- Work closely with the Assistant Vice-President of Operations to carry out regular functions of a Building Manager, including maintenance, cleaning, and administration.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns effectively and promptly.
- Ensure resident safety and security at all times, responding appropriately and professionally to emergencies.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including collecting and recording incoming rents, serving legal documents, and maintaining accurate stock control records.
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Driver's License
- Reliable Vehicle
- Excellent mobility, communication, and mechanical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple projects
- Administratively organized and able to maintain accurate records
