Job Title: Landscaping Foreman/Woman

HML Contracting Ltd. is seeking a skilled Landscaping Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor workforce, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of outdoor spaces, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other outdoor features.
  • Plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work, including reading blueprints and drawings.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, and supervise a team of 3-4 people.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in landscape construction or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy equipment, such as backhoes and skid-steers.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
