Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers in selecting the perfect home decor products, providing expert advice and recommendations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for every visitor.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Process transactions, including purchases, exchanges, and returns, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain the visual appeal and cleanliness of the store, adhering to our high standards.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • A genuine passion for interior decor and merchandising, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including point-of-sale systems and iPads.
  • A flexible schedule, with a minimum of 3 days per week, including at least one weekend and one weekday daytime shift.
  • The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg.
