Position Overview

As a Personal Support Worker at Lisa Fiorino, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include providing essential personal care and companionship to individuals in need.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 month and up to 7 months of relevant experience is preferred.
Work Environment
  • Non-smoking environment.
  • Optional accommodation may be available at no charge on a live-in basis, though this is not a condition of employment.
  • Staff accommodation is provided.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients.
  • Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene tasks.
  • Support clients in regular physical activities, such as walking.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to client needs.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
Required Certifications
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate is mandatory.
