Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage all financial operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, and banking activities.
  • Develop and maintain budgets and financial forecasts, in addition to preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Offer strategic financial insights and cash flow management support to the company’s leadership.
  • Assist in nurturing financial relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Compile year-end working papers and financial statements for all organizational entities.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality control in financial transactions and reporting.
  • Create and document business policies and procedures to enhance and uphold internal controls.
  • Support the oversight of general operations, which may encompass IT, property management, and human resources.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of combined experience in accounting and finance.
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior accounting position or a leadership role for at least 3 years is preferred.
  • Experience in a corporate office setting is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of ASPE.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills utilizing critical thinking and available resources.
