Baker - Tim Hortons

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Tim Hortons on Carleton University campus. As a key member of our food preparation team, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation and baking, portioning of food and serving customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, bake, and assemble products for breakfast and lunch service
- Utilize and clean kitchen equipment
- Glaze and decorate donuts and other baked goods
- Stock shelves and refrigerators while practicing First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory management
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
- Assist with completing food safety logs and implementing food safety measures
- Assist with completing production logs and product inventory levels
- Assemble cooked products, such as making sandwiches, bagels, and accompaniments as required
- Provide exceptional customer service while serving food
- Ensure adherence to all Aramark policies and procedures
- Ensure adherence to all franchise standards
- Perform other job duties as required
- Previous experience in food services is required
- Knowledge of food, sanitization, and health and safety standards is essential
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to follow direction and work with minimal supervision
