Retail Store Supervisor

Best Price Corner Store is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Authorize returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management on sales trends and customer behavior.
- Manage cash handling and ensure accurate and efficient transactions.
- Supervise and maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fast-paced retail environment.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
English.
Work Hours:35 hours per week.
