Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Royal Caffe & Espresso Bar.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units, and keep records of the quantities of food used.
  • Inventory and Stocking: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, and replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, serve customers, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Housekeeping: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, and remove kitchen garbage and trash.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Working Conditions:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • Work Language: English
