About the Role

Columbus Immigration Consultant Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our legal team, including coordinating schedules, preparing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, including data entry, bookkeeping, and other administrative duties.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external parties to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
  • Technology and Data Management
    • Utilize MS Office, Google Docs, and other software applications to manage data, create documents, and perform administrative tasks.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client files and office procedures.
  • Office Operations
    • Assist in maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment.
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and other software applications.
