About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Sip A Tea - The Bubble Tea Experts. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties effectively.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, willing to relocate and adapt to changing circumstances.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate and work in a variety of settings.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
