Job Summary

SHAWARMA KNIGHT is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and ready for service.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Team Management: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and lead by example to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Event Planning: Organize buffets and banquets to meet the needs of our customers and ensure a successful event.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
