Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our faculty as a Translation Theorist. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Translation Studies and a proven track record of teaching Comparative Stylistics and Translation Theories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Translation Theories and Comparative Stylistics courses
  • Develop and implement curriculum for Translation Studies program
  • Evaluate student work in English and French

Requirements:

  • PhD in Translation Studies
  • Solid portfolio of theory-based research
  • Broad knowledge of theories in Translation Studies and related fields

Additional Information:

An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
