Director of Marketing, Communications and Development

Folklorama is seeking a strategic and creative professional to lead our marketing, communications, and development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to promote Folklorama's brand and programs.
  • Manage and maintain Folklorama's website, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and Leadership Team to drive business growth and development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, sponsors, and community partners.
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing and communications initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing, communications, and development, preferably in a non-profit or cultural organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
