Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer payments: recording checks, EFT's, and credit card transactions.
  • Monitor aging to ensure customer payments are up to date.
  • Communicate with customers for overdue payments (Inbound/outbound).
  • Open new customer accounts and process credit applications.
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve client billing issues.
  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven accounting experience (accounts receivable or accounts payable).
  • Strong knowledge of French and English.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of excel, MS office, and comfortable using an ERP.
