We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at CC&L Financial Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our AUM, Billing, and Cash Flow operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Knowledge
    • Minimum 3-5 years of transferable experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
    • Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
    • Developed knowledge of investment accounts (RRSP, TFSA, RRIF, etc.).
  • Experience in Leading Teams
    • Management experience, including coaching, mentoring, performance feedback, recruiting, training, policy-making, and process design.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in a back-office or administrative environment in the financial services industry with progressively increased responsibility.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
    • Proven ability to think logically and solve problems effectively.
    • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure, dealing with changes and interruptions while maintaining strict deadlines.
  • Curiosity for Learning
    • Desire to learn processes and improve operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborative Communication
    • A collaborative spirit that fosters effective teamwork and communication.
  • Relationship Building
    • A track record of building strong working relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent Communication Skills

The base salary range is $90,000 – 105,000 annually plus a competitive performance bonus. Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
