Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages, take orders, and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Table Management: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Payment and Settlement: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Smart Serve certification.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a variable schedule of 10 to 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service in a team-oriented setting.
