Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development and Implementation

Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures that align with our organization's goals and objectives.

Talent Acquisition and Management

Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

Training and Development

Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. Identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.

Employee Relations and Support

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.

Experience
