About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Promotion Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive promotion plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of promotion strategies.
  • Measure and Evaluate Performance: Track and analyze the success of promotion strategies and make data-driven decisions to optimize future initiatives.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of developing and implementing successful promotion strategies in a business-to-business or business-to-consumer environment.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, and product development.
