Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Property Administrator to join our team at Randstad in Moncton. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day property operations, handling tenant interactions, and ensuring high standards of property management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve property management efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of property management practices and procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
