Job Title: Building Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Superintendent to join our team at Envision Property Management Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Building Superintendent will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring that they are safe, clean, and well-maintained. This is a key role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs to buildings, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Contractor Management: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, and perform minor repairs on appliances.
  • Safety and Security: Perform safety and security checks, and provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
  • Experience and Education: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
