Job SummaryThe Regional Director of Community Relations is a key leadership position responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion for our Home Health and Hospice services. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop a high-performing sales team, while also collaborating with our executive team to develop and implement local sales plans.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and market share for our Home Health and Hospice services.
- Lead the Sales Team: Hire, train, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
- Collaborate with Executive Team: Work closely with our CEO, President, and Administrator to develop and implement local sales plans, and to ensure alignment with our overall business strategy.
- Develop and Implement Sales and Marketing Plans: Design and execute sales and marketing plans to support the growth of our Home Health and Hospice services, including the development of new product/service offerings and enhancements.
- Provide Coaching and Mentoring: Offer daily coaching and mentoring to our sales team to increase organizational performance and achieve sales goals.
- Coordinate with Operational and Clinical Leadership: Work closely with our operational and clinical leadership teams to ensure exceptional customer service and to fulfill our company's promises to our patients and families.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as communication, commercial arts, or marketing.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, including influence, collaboration, motivation, follow-through, negotiation, and relationship-building.
- Marketing and Sales Experience: Proven experience in marketing and sales, with a strong understanding of common marketing and production tools, including Salesforce.
- Leadership Experience: Experience managing and motivating team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
