Job Summary

The Regional Director of Community Relations is a key leadership position responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion for our Home Health and Hospice services. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop a high-performing sales team, while also collaborating with our executive team to develop and implement local sales plans.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and market share for our Home Health and Hospice services.
  2. Lead the Sales Team: Hire, train, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
  3. Collaborate with Executive Team: Work closely with our CEO, President, and Administrator to develop and implement local sales plans, and to ensure alignment with our overall business strategy.
  4. Develop and Implement Sales and Marketing Plans: Design and execute sales and marketing plans to support the growth of our Home Health and Hospice services, including the development of new product/service offerings and enhancements.
  5. Provide Coaching and Mentoring: Offer daily coaching and mentoring to our sales team to increase organizational performance and achieve sales goals.
  6. Coordinate with Operational and Clinical Leadership: Work closely with our operational and clinical leadership teams to ensure exceptional customer service and to fulfill our company's promises to our patients and families.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as communication, commercial arts, or marketing.
  2. Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, including influence, collaboration, motivation, follow-through, negotiation, and relationship-building.
  3. Marketing and Sales Experience: Proven experience in marketing and sales, with a strong understanding of common marketing and production tools, including Salesforce.
  4. Leadership Experience: Experience managing and motivating team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
