Position Overview

  • Support current client accounts in the risk management division under the mentorship of the Account Executive.
  • Evaluate client risk profiles for a variety of customers.
  • Oversee client renewals and ensure all commitments are fulfilled.
  • Address client inquiries and manage policy modifications.
  • Compile client service reports and summaries.
  • Assist in crafting tailored service strategies for accounts.
  • Respond to client questions regarding policy details.
  • Identify opportunities for enhanced service offerings.

Qualifications for Success

  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial insurance.
  • Level 1 license is mandatory; Level 2 is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work effectively both in a team setting and independently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
