Job Summary

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Associate Account Executive to join our team. As an Associate Account Executive, you will play a key role in servicing existing clients' portfolios within the risk management group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of the Account Executive, manage client relationships and identify specific client risk exposures.
  • Collaborate with the client service team to ensure coverage is secured and client deliverables are met.
  • Process client requests and review documentation for routine policy changes, additions, deletions, or cancellations.
  • Prepare client service summaries, program reports, and manage client accounts receivables.
  • Assist with establishing account-specific service plans and delivery approaches that support coverage solutions.
  • Respond to client inquiries on policy coverages under the direction of the Account Executive.
  • Assist clients with interpretation of insurance clauses within contracts/agreements.
  • Explore opportunities for expanded Aon products or services with clients.
  • May be required to work with two or more Account Executives.
  • Assist Account Executive in new business initiatives through tasks such as coordinating dissemination of marketing material, prompting regular contact with prospects, and assisting in developing new business strategies and account penetration.

Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of commercial insurance experience is required.
  • Level 1 license is required; Level 2 license preferred or working towards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven success working collaboratively within a successful team and also working independently with minimum supervision when appropriate.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, refined organizational skills, and the proven ability to multi-task.
  • Proven track record of prioritizing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong digital literacy and proficiency with the Microsoft Office package.
