Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Utilize industry-standard software and tools to create detailed designs and specifications for pressure equipment, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support and coordination to ensure the successful execution of projects, including research into alternative construction and engineering methods.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of designs and documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including management, to provide regular status updates and ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary diploma or degree in Engineering.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in pressure equipment construction design.
  • Certifications: Practicing Professional Engineering Member of APEGA.
  • Skills: Strong foundational knowledge in structural and pressure equipment design principles, attention to detail, and excellent verbal communication skills.
