Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, present bills to customers, and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, or room billings.
- Menu Knowledge: Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
- Table Management: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Communication: Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and meet customer needs.
- Experience: Experience in a food and beverage service environment is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Availability: Availability to work 40 hours per week.
