About the Role

Hello Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our new store in Merritt, BC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing pharmacy operations, and promoting health and wellness in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Practice pharmacy in accordance with federal, provincial, and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure all privacy requirements are met, including customer confidentiality and consent management
  • Promote health and wellness, educate customers, and engage with customers in and outside the store
  • Maintain records required in accordance with legislation, standards of practice, and policy
  • Provide timely and positive resolutions and advice to customer needs
Qualifications and Experience
  • BC Pharmacy license and good standing with the College of Pharmacists
  • Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll
  • Experience with compounding is considered an asset
