About the Role

Hello Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the pharmacy team to ensure excellent customer service and care.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and regulatory requirements, including the Code of Ethics.
  • Manage customer confidentiality and consent, and maintain accurate records as required.
  • Promote health and wellness, educate customers, and engage with them in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide timely and positive resolutions to customer needs, and offer advice and guidance as required.
Qualifications and Experience
  • BC Pharmacy license and good standing with the College of Pharmacists.
  • Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll.
  • Experience with compounding is considered an asset.
