Reporting to the Senior Advisor, Student Affairs, the successful candidate will provide strategic leadership to a team of 7 direct reports and drive the development and implementation of innovative educational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide visionary leadership to the Centre for Learning and Innovation team
  • Develop and implement innovative educational strategies
  • Oversee pedagogical development, including curriculum design and education technology integration
  • Foster alignment between Centre strategies and institutional goals
  • Collaborate with college leaders, faculty, and external partners to enhance teaching methodologies and promote a culture of teaching and learning excellence
  • Champion initiatives to foster inclusivity and diversity within the learning environment
  • Manage the Centre's resources effectively to support its mission and objectives
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in education, instructional design, or a related field
  • Previous teaching experience and active connections to relevant national professional associations
  • Extensive leadership experience in education, particularly in curriculum development and innovative teaching methodologies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to lead quality assurance processes and integrate technological advancements into education for improved outcomes
