Restaurant Operations Manager

Tandoori Tastes Corp. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Team player
- Free parking available
- Permanent employment
- 35 hours per week
- English as the primary language of work
