- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in our delivery services, ensuring that all packages are delivered in excellent condition.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize our operations.
- Training and Development: Train and develop our delivery drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring that they are equipped to handle the demands of the role.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
