Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at P & B Truck and Tire Technician Ltd. as an Administrative Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Team Operations: Ensure the smooth flow of information within the team, maintaining open communication channels and facilitating collaboration.
- Office Management: Oversee the distribution of mail, packages, and other materials, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Procedure Development: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines, streamlining processes to enhance productivity.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data compilation, statistics, and other information, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring easy access to critical documents.
- Correspondence and Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate for this position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
