About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team at The Hotel At Falcon Lake. As a hotel housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms for occupancy, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Empty trash and recyclables from guest rooms and public areas.
  • Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as cleaning carpets, upholstery, and windows.
  • Assist with laundry and linen services.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
