About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Beauty Sales Consultant at Chatters. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our beauty products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our beauty products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service and sales.
