Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college diploma or a non-university certificate program lasting between 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or financial record management.
- Calculate and manage fixed assets along with their depreciation.
- Maintain comprehensive financial records and balance various accounts through both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Oversee general ledgers and prepare financial statements.
- Compile and prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports as required.
- Prepare trial balances for financial books.
- Reconcile various accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Strong client focus and commitment to service excellence.
- Dependable and trustworthy in handling sensitive financial information.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A collaborative team player who contributes positively to the work environment.
This is a permanent position with a standard work schedule of 35 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
