Food Service Lead

Aramark is seeking a skilled Food Service Lead to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and serving our customers. With a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, you will work closely with our management team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead food preparation, cooking, and serving teams to ensure efficient and safe food service operations.
- Assist in menu planning, inventory management, and food ordering to meet customer demands.
- Monitor and maintain accurate temperature logs, ensure proper food handling and storage procedures, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective kitchen procedures and protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- 2+ years of experience in food service leadership or management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
- Food Safety Certification and Serve Safe Certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.
