Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve project performance, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Project Management
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from inception to handover.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
    • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are aligned with the approved budget.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company's market share and revenue.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Experience
