Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Gladstone Brewing Company. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every dish.

Responsibilities:
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked kitchen
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet our high culinary standards
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen efficiency
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards to meet customer expectations
  • Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets, and specialty functions to provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
  • Dependability, flexibility, and initiative to meet the demands of a busy kitchen
