About the Role
The Service Advisor is a key member of our team at Midas, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving retail sales growth. As a Service Advisor, you will work closely with our Shop Manager to optimize shop profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present estimates to customers, sourcing parts and selling jobs to drive revenue growth.
- Interpret inspection results with our technicians and present findings to customers, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, actively listening and consulting with customers to meet their needs.
- Contribute to the success of our team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Drive retail sales growth and shop profitability, meeting or exceeding shop objectives and goals.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and contribute to our commitment to being a good corporate citizen in our communities.
Requirements
- General automotive knowledge and understanding of industry standards.
- At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of customer service excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Team-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits
Our Service Advisors are compensated at a rate of $22.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
