We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at Max Fuel Distributors Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and managing cash transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities
The Head Cashier will supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Assign Sales Workers to DutiesThe Head Cashier will assign sales workers to duties, ensuring that the store is adequately staffed and that customers receive excellent service.
Manage Cash TransactionsThe Head Cashier will manage cash transactions, including handling customer payments, making change, and balancing the cash register.
Resolve IssuesThe Head Cashier will resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
Organize and Maintain InventoryThe Head Cashier will organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are displayed attractively.
Requirements- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
The Head Cashier must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
1 Year to Less than 2 Years of ExperienceThe Head Cashier must have at least 1 year but less than 2 years of experience in a retail or cash handling environment.
Work EnvironmentThe Head Cashier will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that the store is run efficiently.
The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
The Head Cashier will be required to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
The successful candidate will be required to speak English as the primary language of communication.
