About Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Specialist to join our team at PSP Investments. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a critical role in shaping our public image and reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and best practices to inform our communications strategy
  • Develop and implement effective media relations and public engagement plans
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to craft compelling messages and narratives
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including journalists, industry associations, and membership organizations
  • Support the development of communications collateral, including press releases, social media posts, and newsletters
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless execution of corporate communications initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience, including internships
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and precision
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High fluency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Experience with media monitoring tools, such as Meltwater or Cision, is an asset
